The way you look can affect the way you feel, so when your hair looks great you feel fantastic. Good hair not only depends on what you wash and condition with, but also what you are feeding it with your diet. Nutrients that fuel skin and hair health such as Vitamin A (salmon,carrots), Vitamin C (oranges, tomatoes), Vitamin E (nuts,leafy greend), Zinc (turkey,almonds), Calcium (low fat milk, cheese) and water (8, eight ounce glasses per day).
