Many of us frequently travel for our jobs and/or take vacations during the summer while the kids are on break. Travelling often gives us the excuse to eat (extremely) poorly, drink ourselves silly (after the kids are asleep, of course), and skip out on the exercise (and pretty much any movement in general). But your vacation doesn’t have to be an all out war on your body and mind.

    I usually travel for my business meetings all over the world at various times of the year and It is very important to get exercise. If you don’t get exercise, you wouldn’t get enough energy to travel and that is a true fact. Take it from a person who has been traveling for the past 30+ years!
