Motion sickness (or kinetosis) comes in many forms–air sickness, sea sickness, car sickness and more–but all have the same causes and all can ruin a trip. While serious sufferers often have to turn to medication to relieve motion sickness symptoms, there are several measures and natural remedies that have been shown to be effective in providing relief for mild cases.
