I thought this was gonna be more clever and meta. Some sort of millennial statement on the stupidity of selfie sticks. I guess it sort of is, but at the same time i’m not too sure what they were actually going for to be honest. Not to mention that they have that poor man’s lmfao aesthetic going on.
Eh, this could’ve been done a lot better in my opinion. I though that it misses a lot of the marks that it intended to hit. And even the song is not that enjoyable either.
The video is weird, the song weirder… Why would anyone record something like that? That’s something I’ll never, ever understand, I think. Also, selfie sticks are the bane of modern society, you may not think so NOW, but this “selfie culture” is despicable.
Could have been improved so it could be much more presentable. I found the song very weird and would probably not watch it again.
This could have done a lot better to make fun of selfie sticks- it wasn’t very clever and not very creative. I hate selfie sticks, though. Like, what ever happened to just asking someone to take a picture for you? The song was super annoying, which I guess relates to how annoying selfie sticks are.
